About This Course
Embark on an informative and vibrant exploration of color theory, psychology and the application of color. Throughout this presentation you will gain a foundational understanding of color theory, the designers and scientists behind color theory, and the principles behind the color wheel. We will touch on how color influences human emotion and behavior. Examine the cultural meanings and symbolism of color in different societies and gain an insight into color naming and color trends.

With 30 years of interior design and sales experience, Amanda Wolverton brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her customers. As an NCIDQ-certified professional, she often says, “Once a designer, always a designer,” embodying her passion for the craft.
A Georgia native and proud University of Georgia alumna, Amanda is an avid runner who starts her fall Saturdays with an early morning run before dedicating the rest of the day to cheering on her beloved Dawgs. On Sundays, you’ll find her at Bay Life Church, spending quality time with her husband and sons.
Amanda’s commitment to health and wellness extends to her role as a certified yoga instructor, where she teaches “Healthy Habits” at Hope for Her—a ministry devoted to helping women in crisis rebuild their lives.
In January 2024, Amanda was promoted to Regional Sales Director, a role that reflects her dedication, leadership, and deep understanding of design and sales.
